I got a Goggle box 40/45 inch Sanyo old school Television. The volume is bad. You lot can't fifty-fifty turn it upward to xl without it turning off by itself, the TV starts making LOUD I mean LOUD static sounds at max volume when the volume is at fifteen, 20, 25. It changes to 60. This could cause a middle attack making me jump, showtime shaking, etc.

I bought this idiot box online Blackness Friday. The motion-picture show was beautiful.. Within a calendar month of my purchase, my remote stopped working. No problem, I downloaded the app. Worked perfectly. 1 month after that, my app stopped working. I called technical support, and got null done. I gave them all the information and they attempted to troubleshoot it. Nevertheless nothing. The back of the tv says September of 2019, which conspicuously means it's non 1 year old. I have to now try to become and Find a receipt. They claim that's the problem, and nosotros both know Dawn well it's not.. Information technology's the cheapest way to give me the run around until after that year period.

They're about to receive a serious lawsuit for production liability. My Tv set was less than 1 year old, still under warranty and has been stolen by their warranty section. They can't find my Idiot box, the replacement, a tracking number or any whereabouts of a reason for its disappearance. I have spent hours at a time on the line with customer service, I asking confirmation of the location of the Television or its replacement and am only told they received the sometime one on Dec 19th, over a calendar month agone. Today I called again and was told they did non receive the old unit until 2 days ago (Jan nineteen, 2020) when I accept proof from FedEx that it was delivered to their warehouse on Dec 19, 2019.

They give me the runaround, refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor, never give a callback and all I e'er become is "we're sorry, someone volition review your case within the adjacent 24 to 48 hours". I'one thousand long past washed with patience. Their 24 to 48 hours is days beyond getting help. And if you become "impatient" or "irate" by whatever definition their phone rep chooses to use, they hang up on you and strength you to echo the reason for your call all over again, usually with the same person that hung up on you. If you take to deal with this company, brand sure y'all document every detail of every call, and I would recommend actually recording your conversations with them equally information technology'south likely you'll need these calls for prove when you are forced to file adapt against them.

We have purchased a Smart Television during the Diwali sale. The TV has multiple issues with moving-picture show going blue all of a sudden, the system hanging up on every start. Multiple messages sent to company, two people visited, did something called a software upgrade which did not aid at all and now they are not fifty-fifty attending to the call. Just because a single customer has no say, such companies take us for a ride. I am an LG user and i don't know why i idea of buying a Sanyo Goggle box this time. Big Big Big mistake. Product is bad and the people are worse. No faith on this old, stiff make now. Please don't have the product fifty-fifty if it is for free!!!

Returned a bad tv for a refund and accept been giving the run effectually for 3 months and they have stopped replying to my emails and won't fix the upshot. I would similar to get my refund from you guys! SUPER CRAPPY Client SERVICE yard%. Do Non TRY TO RETURN YOUR TV FOR A REFUND.

I bought the Telly from Walmart and happened to purchased a 2 year protection programme. Within the year the TV goes out. Contact visitor. I received the commencement refurbished Goggle box and inside 2 months this Tv goes out as well. It's going on 3 weeks and no Goggle box. I volition not purchase anything else made by Sanyo. I would like to be refunded thinking the next Television has too many defects.

Ordered the Sanyo 40" Roku online from Walmart. Information technology came in with the screen shattered. Nosotros immediately took it dorsum to Walmart and exchanged information technology. But had to become with a different brand due to the Sanyo is not sold in the shop. When unpacking the new ane, we were really shocked to see the divergence in packaging. The Sanyo has only 1 piece of cardboard between the screen and the box, and nothing behind. Whereas the new one had lots of foam packing all way around the TV and especially in front of the screen and dorsum of information technology besides... Sanyo really does non know how to pack these TVs for aircraft....

I came habitation afterwards piece of work and noticed a liquid all over the back of my boob tube, originally I thought it was from the ceiling merely in that location was nil in that location. It was a greasy brown substance and when I chosen Sanyo support they told me I had to call a guy to come gear up it and I had to pay for it myself and offered no other support. I would understand if it was my fault just I don't know what the liquid is, my dogs could of ate it and gotten poisoned or families with immature children. It's ridiculous how Sanyo offers no support for their own technological failures. Never buy from Sanyo.

I bought a fifty inch Roku television receiver from Walmart and wasn't besides happy with the colour of information technology and so came to realize the sides of my tv were not on properly. In that location were large white spaces in between the screen and the frame and a lot of the screws weren't on properly?? I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. I'chiliad hoping it's simply the one goggle box I bought and if I get in to trade it would the next one be okay? Merely asking in case to run into if information technology's worth it to even bother getting a new one. Past the manner this was my first big purchase for myself and I'k actually not impressed. Will non be recommending this brand to anyone.

My Sanyo is several years former and I would highly recommend this brand. It has a very clear and sharp picture Tv set. It is like the people on the screen are in the room with me. The sound is perfect as well.
